I have recently been having trouble since I have started using a new device, even though I have been using the same credentials as I have used previously on my old device. I would like to suggest that you make it possible for more than one email address or profile to link to a smart card (subscription), perhaps 4 different profiles (as you have the device limit) to allow for family sharing and viewing on different devices. I genuinely enjoy using this application, and made use of it extensively until I switched to a new device.
